Have you seen White collar, the one with the oh so charming Neal Caffrey? Oh yeah he is awesome.
In honor of the event of my first white collar marathon, I made these cookies. They're fast and really easy, so you can make them in no time. You can even change the flavor, depending on your mood.
You will need:
One Devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Cream cheese frosting
Optional Mint Extract
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, mix together cake mix, eggs and oil, if you want to make them mint cookies, add a little bit of mint extract. It makes them taste like thin mint cookies. After mixing dough, roll into balls and drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Flatten the cookies either with your hand or the bottom of a glass. Bake for eight or nine minutes depending on the size. When cookie are cool, melt in the microwave a little bit of the frosting until liquid. Drizzle frosting over cookies. (If making mint cookies, use chocolate frosting instead of cream cheese.)

You have an obsesssion with this Neal Caffrey dude. He's good looking and all...but it's kind of scaring me.
Obsession is a slight exaggeration. I would say it's more of an infatuation. Like Star Trek, well, no, Star Trek is an obsession. *Sigh* Maybe I should change my psychaitrist appointments to 6 days a week...
